Hello Wills Union Street does exist in Bishops Castle and it is (or was) the location of the Clun Union Workhouse. There is still a Stone House there but I think it is probably a different building. Mike ____________________________ In response to: Michael, I have two 'Short Certificates' one had everything to hide, 1913, the other was due to cost (Ag Lab wages) in 1950 I have obtained 'Full Certificates' for both, the one with everthing to hide has the workhouse address as Stone House 13 Union Street Bishops Castle. I have never checked if Union Street existed but my guess is its a figment of someones imagination. Wills.
