Janet will join us to talk about her ancestor, a clergyman of questionable character. Janet describes how she researched her ancestor using historic newspaper archives and gives hints and tips on how to use newspapers to research the most mundane of ancestors.
As the situation with Covid-19 and the impact on being able to hold our monthly meetings at the normal location in Cross Houses continues to be uncertain the SFHS committee has decided that talks planned for the remainder of 2020 will take place using Zoom.
Access to the meeting is only available to members. The meeting will be available to join from 19:15 (local time).
