Hello I am researching a soldier from Ketley who was killed in the Boer War
All I have is that he was called J. Wright 7358 Shropshire Volunteer Co., 2nd King's Shropshire L.I.,
Killed in Railway accident Frederickstad South Africa 30 July 1900
husband of Mrs Wright Ketley
he commemorated on a memorial at St. Chad's Shrewsbury, and over in South Africa
I would like to know if he is commemorated locally at Ketley, and anything else that might be known
Only newspaper article is the reporting of his death.
