I am having trouble getting registration to Family Search. I may have registered prior to buying a new computer and changing our broadband supplier. I have tried putting in previous broadband supplier and current, also asking for new username and password. I have sent a message to Family Search via their page a week ago which stated a reply would take 3-5 days. That was over a week ago. I have noted that there are one or two History Societies, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Telford and Lichfield that might help me. I will try those this week. I wondered if anyone has had a similar problem and if there is an easy solution?
I think I may have tried everything but thanks for your help. Will try creating a new free account tomorrow.

I think the important things you need are:-
1. Your User Name
2. Your Password
3. The email address or mobile phone number you used when you registered.
If you haven't got 1 or 2 there are two links just below the 'Sign In' button that you can try but these require you to have one of the No.3 items. If you no longer have access to your old email address you used to register then you are probably better off creating a new 'Free Account' using the button to the right of the 'Sign In' button.
If you create a new account make sure you note the log in details for future use although you should find that your computer remembers these details provided you are not using a public computer.
