Do you have reason to think he was born in Shropshire or had a connection with Shropshire?

Apologies for not providing sufficient information, I am new to this and appreciate any help.
William SCRIVENS was born 1814 in Chaceley, Worcestershire and I am trying to find details of wife etc.
Williams grandaughter was Florrence Nellie who married Alfred David CLARK in Shrewsbury in 1925.
