I am trying to find out who owns the St. Julian's Churchyard in Shrewsbury and how to contact him / her.
I understand from SFHS publications that the grave of Thomas Besford (died 1819) is mentioned in Monumental Inscriptions Part 1 1740-1825. I would like to locate the grave and take a photograph.
One section of the graveyard seems to be locked permanently.
I am researching the history of Besford House and he is an early participant in the story.
