Thomas CHARLES was born in 1803 in Old Jewry London and baptized 05 Feb 1804 in Burford. His mother was Elizabeth CHARLES (bapt 1782 in Burford) - father unknown. My ALLEN grandfather and a descendent of Thomas CHARLES have an exact DNA match so perhaps the father of Thomas CHARLES was a Mr. ALLEN? I have a lot of information on the CHARLES family but cannot find any mention of Elizabeth CHARLES after the 1804 baptism of Thomas CHARLES or why Thomas was born in London and exactly when he returned to Burford but he shows in the 1841 and subsequent census records and died there in 1873. Is anyone researching an ALLEN family who migrated to the United States? Thank you for any advice or information.
