Birth date unknown, 1770s most likely, definitely lived and worked in Shrewsbury (Bridge Street) 1828 as a Brazier/tinsmith, he had a son John who was listed as a brazier/tinsmith 1835 again in Bridge Street. Both references taken from Pigots directories, John left Shrewsbury early to mid 1840s. Thomas was known to be still in Shrewsbury late 1840s.
I have a wedding certificate for john 1847 stating widower, 2nd marriage taking place in Wiltshire, john was born around 1808 christened St Chads.
Unfortunately there are 4 or 5 Thomas HARWOODs , where is the best place to search, hopefully will be able to get up to Shrewsbury later this year .

In 1843 in the poll electoral register Thomas is listed as living Belle vue ( moele brace)
