William ROWLEY was born in Shropshire - Snedshill or Shifnal, but moved with his family to Little Hulton, Worsley. The move probably took place about 1876. We would be interested to find out why the family moved and to hear from anyone with links to the Rowley family. William married Jane Ellen PAYNE. His father was Thomas ROWLEY.
