This is a follow on from the discussions during the recent DNA Interest group Zoom meeting.
Sometimes you come across a loose data connection from other studies. This was a study of whether the Y chromosome type leads to a variation of the likelyhood of coronary heart disease. The study mapped out the current UK distribution by birth place and Y DNA type.
If you click on the link you can see a list of Y DNA haplogroups and clicking on one will show you a map of where that haplogroup is most likely in the UK today.
The only proviso is that it's not clear if the data was only from males with Coronary Heart Disease or the poulation as a whole and you have to assume that every Y group is equally likely to have a possibility of CHD, but it's still useful.
