Good afternoon, my name is Ann and I live in Melbourne, Australia.
I am trying to find George John FOWLER Born about 1760 in Shropshire, England. He had a son George born in Shropshire in 1782 and he was christened 17th September, 1782 in St Leonards Church, Bridgnorth, Shropshire.
The only Info I have is a birth record of George Born 1782 saying his father was George John FOWLER and his mother was Ann.
I am wondering if anyone can tell me who the parents are of George John FOWLER born about 1760 in fact, any details of him would be fantastic i.e., birth record, marriage record, or death record or any more children.
I have exhausted all searches on Ancestry.com

Hi Ann,
May I ask the source of your information "George John FOWLER born about 1760 in Shropshire"?
When his son George was Christened, on the 17th September 1782, the Church Register clearly gives the parents names as "George and Ann"
However, Family Search have inexplicably transcribed the same Christening record as George JOHN FOWLER and Ann.
So is it George John or just George you should be seeking?
