Does anyone know if the Shrewsbury Mercers Guild has a printed list of members? I contacted the Archives and was told they do not have the manpower to read 'early secretary hand' and I am having difficulty locating a researcher. Several Purslows went to London in the late 1600's - early 1700 where they were admitted to the Mercer's Guild under patrimony.
