Griffith Traylor's will of 1644 has been digitized at the National Archives under the name of Griffith Troyler, of Onibury, Shropshire (ff 160-161). He was buried at St. Michaels, Onibury August 31, 1644 (Shropshire Parish Registers 1642, 38). My ancestor, Edward Traylor sailed from Bristol to Virginia in approximately 1663. He is supposedly the ancestor of the Traylors in the United States. His wife (which has much been debated) was Margaret Martha Randolph of Warwickshire (daughter of Richard Randolph and Elizabeth Ryland). I am not able to read much of his will. Any assistance would be much appreciated as well as any information on the Traylors who were in also the Radnorshire and Herefordshire areas. Ronald Traylor USA
