Hi I have just discovered this site and would appreciate any help to find photos or images of Frankton Grange near Ellesmere. I have never been there, I live near Stockport in Cheshire, but my mother used to stay there in the 1940's with a relative who was a housekeeper at the Grange. Her name was Gladys Bellingham and she worked for a Dr Lewis? who was a Coroner. Any help or pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Karen
Here's an image from an Ebay seller of an old black-and-white postcard depicting the property. Sadly the word Ebay is written across it in red to deter people from simply copying the image! It will at least give you an idea of what the Grange looked like:
